It has been partly one of the things that women think, aside from what dress could fit on her. Having your own unique and nice hairstyle would make you look gorgeously beautiful. This does not only tell about your character, it balances your body, frames your face and complements your clothes and lifestyle. To feel and look flattering, a simple dress won’t do, it needs your hairstyle to go with it. However, there are some instances that your hairstyle might not look great on the others but would make great on you probably because we have different facial structures. Hairstyle is a factor that would include in your fashion that must fit your face, and what you wear.

To find out what “looks” appear good and flattering to you, one must be able to identify their facial structure and find the right style that works well with their face. Here are some common hairstyles that are still in chic today:

Old hairstyles are approaching back into fashion. Celebrity’s hairstyles show long hair with mismatched curls or layers that would make their hair look more stylish.

Long hair is good and fun as you are more likely to try a lot of fashion trends with it, which would definitely show off your radiant face.

Short hairstyles, for most women, are good. The beauty of having a short hair is you can accommodate the shape of your face to distract of your certain traits. Some short hair would make the face round, and it would seem enormous. Most women who have a long hair are afraid to part with short hairs, since they haven’t seen their selves with short hair and afraid to look enormous. Some women, also, had a short hair at some point of their lives, but they did not feel comfortable with it. Be sure that the hairstyle fits your face.

The medium-length layered cut is great for round face shapes, and it is a good choice for a sassy look because it significantly lengthens the face and with the scruffy look layers that emphasized the femininity of the face. And it has a side bangs that will be angled in a way that would reduce your forehead’s width.

Heart shaped, also known as the inverted triangle with fine cheeks and chin-line. Hairstyle that fit this shape and commonly recommended is a style with the hair at the jaw line and a wavy bangs.

Emo hairstyle facilitates the individual to express their self artistically. This is also known as the razor cut hairstyle, and it was called a revolutionary.

The Pear face shaped has a wide chin and narrow forehead. It is desirable when a hairstyle widens the forehead while taking attention away from the chin. Your hair must be fuller on the forehead to create on its own illusion and hair must have swept away from face to face and avoid styles that are wider at the chin.

Women’s rights. That term is something we hear every so often. And all of us know that it universally refers to all the liberties and entitlements of females young and old and belonging to different social rankings. However, women’s right is a very broad issue, especially as it encompasses different cultures and different beliefs spanning thousands of years.

The rights of women all over the world are a greatly significant indicator of our understanding of global well-being. Many think women’s rights are an issue only in places or countries where religion is the law – like Islamic countries. Some may also think that women’s rights are not an issue anymore, at this time and age. However, the United Nation Women’s Treaty says otherwise.

When you search the news for items regarding women’s rights, you will find out that issues related to this topic still abound. One of the most recent of these issues pertain to Jordan Islamists. This year, the government of Jordan ruled to promote the rights of women and finally drop the reservations it used to have over a U.N. anti-discrimination bill, specifically Article 15 of the UN Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women. However, The Islamist opposition and Muslim clerics had a negative reaction to the government’s move. This is because, from an Islamist view, the place of a woman is in her husband’s home and that any attempt or move to change this arrangement is an evident violation and desecration of family values.

Another recent issue relates to the U.N.’s call for Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai to quickly revise a family law he ratified in July because it falls short of the nation’s international obligations on women’s rights. The newly ratified law is with regard to family rights for Afghanistan’s Shi’ite minority, which make up 15% of the country’s total population. Before the president’s review, this law has drawn condemnation over its harsh and unpleasant provisions on women. Thus the Shi’ite Personal Status Law was amended and submitted, and was brought into effect. Women’s rights advocates, however, accuse President Karzai of passing the amended law just to win votes in the August 20 presidential election. Women’s right advocates say that the amended law showed small improvements but still has serious deficiencies. One such deficiency is the provision that permits the forcing of girls who are under-aged into getting married and giving guardianship rights over the children only to the men. The already amended law also requires women to satisfy the sexual appetites of their husbands, which provision, according to activists, may be used to justify marital rape.

According to the U.N. Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, Afghanistan had signed up and agreed to international treaties and thus needed to uphold its commitments to help safeguard the rights of women and children. Therefore, the U.N. said Afghan authorities need to amend the law in order to bring it in line and reconcile it with constitutional guarantees and the country’s international human rights commitments.

These are but just a couple of the most recent issues related to women’s rights. There are countless more issues that haven’t been reported on yet; that the rights’ groups have not yet made a clamor against; that have already existed for far too long that they have become a part of norm; and that are faced by thousands or even millions of women in the more remote areas of the world. These issues may revolve around more general problems – like violence against women, and the absence of voting rights for them – and there are also more society-specific or culture-specific ones – like female genital mutilation and women being made vulnerable to HIV/AIDS. Whatever these issues are, women can rest with the fact that the United Nations is not sleeping on them.
